FC Internazionale Milano (Italian: Football Club Internazionale Milano S.p.A., commonly referred to as Inter. In English, Inter Milan[2][3]) is a football club belonging to Serie A, the first division of Italian professional football. By nickname, the uniform is called Nerazzurri, an Italian with black/blue stripes. In the name, "Milan" is sometimes omitted, but the modifier "Internazionale" must be abbreviated to distinguish it from rival AC Milan (eg Inter Milan in English).
It was founded independently in AC Milan on March 9, 1908. Together with Juventus FC and AC Milan, it is a traditional and prestigious club representing Italy. So far, he has won 18 Serie A titles, the second most behind Juventus FC. Won three times in the UEFA Champions League (2nd runner-up) and three times in the UEFA Cup. It is based in Milan, Lombardy, and the home stadium is the stadium Giuseppe Meazza with a capacity of 85,700 people. Giuseppe Meazza, the origin of the stadium's name, is one of the great footballers who played for Inter.
Inter has never been demoted since Serie A was launched, the only record in the Italian club. Inter won the Champions League in 1963-1964 and 1964-1965 thanks to the Catenaccio tactics of coach Eleanor Herrera, and in Italy it is called'La Grande Inter' and'The Great Inter'. In Italy, Torino FC is the only team that is so called other than Inter, which won the Serie 5th straight victory in the 40s.
The match against local rivals AC Milan is called Derby della Madonnina in Italian and the Milan Derby. In Serie A, the match against Juventus FC, which is the next fewest relegated season after Inter, is called Derby d'Italia in Italian and Italian Derby.
He won the Serie A 2009-10 and won the Serie A 5 consecutively from 2005. In addition, this season, it became the first Italian treble to be won by winning the Copa Italia and UEFA Champions League, making it the sixth treble ever in Europe.
